Assistant Spray Foam Installer
You support the lead sprayer on every job. You help with setup, cleanup, and daily operations to keep the spray rig running safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and a direct path to becoming a spray foam technician.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in construction, insulation, or roofing preferred
- Comfortable using power tools, ladders, and working in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of jobsite safety and equipment use
- Willing to learn the trade and follow direction
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
- Valid driver’s licence; clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50+ lb and work in varied weather conditions
Training and growth
- On-the-job training in spray foam systems and rig operation
- WHMIS, Working at Heights, and respirator fit test provided

Lead Spray Technician
You will run the spray rig, lead a small crew, and deliver clean, code-compliant foam installs safely and on time.
Requirements
- 3+ years spray foam experience with strong gun control
- CUFCA/Caliber certification or CAN/ULC-S705.2 qualified (or ready to recertify)
- Solid knowledge of building science, air/vapour control, and local code
- Able to read plans, measure, and solve on site
- Clean driving record; comfortable towing and backing trailers
- Fit for physical work: lift 50+ lb, ladders, confined spaces, attics
Safety
- Respirator fit test; comfortable with supplied air/PAPR
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, first aid (or willing to obtain)
- Zero-tolerance for shortcuts around PPE and ventilation

Apprentice Spray Foam Installer
Entry point into the trade. You support the crew, learn the rig, and grow into a sprayer. You will handle prep, safety, and cleanup while learning spray foam installation step by step.
Requirements
- 0–2 years in construction, insulation, or roofing preferred
- Comfortable with hand tools, tape measure, and basic math
- Willing to learn, take direction, and work safely every time
- Reliable, on time, and able to work in heat, cold, and tight spaces
- Valid driver’s licence; able to lift 50+ lb
Training We Provide
- WHMIS, Working at Heights, respirator fit test
- CUFCA/Caliber pathway toward CAN/ULC-S705.2 installer status
- On-rig shadowing with clear milestones to Assistant Sprayer
